He brought it back but he's claiming "it's his" even though my mom's the one who bought it. And my mom's literally letting him walk all over her.

I can't do anything about it 'cause she just got the van like 2-3 weeks ago and hasn't done anything to put it under her name.

And this whole situation is just really stupid and why the fuck would she even give him a car if he has no license for /going to jail every fucking year/
